Why do you wish to enrol your child at the Tomas School?


Trondheim Christian School is approved by the Ministry of Education and Research according to the law of private schools. Excerpt from the school’s guiding principles: ”Both according to Norwegian law and the teachings of the Bible, it is clear to see that the main responsible for a child’s upbringing and instruction is the parent. Trondheim Christian School will be an offer to parents who want a school with a clear Christian framework, a place where the parents can feel safe that their responsibility for upbringing and instruction will be followed up in the school, with a program founded in an evangelical Christian faith which is based on the Word of God.” With the National Curriculum (Kunnskapsløftet) as a basis, specific curricular plans have been developed for Trondheim Christian School. For the time being the tuition for the school is 700 NOK per month (10 months per school year). For the 2nd and 3rd child a 50 % payment will be requested- additional children will attend for free. A documented application can in some cases result in a total or partial free enrolment.
